Shipping policy

DESPATCH

Orders will be despatched within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment, not including pre-order items which will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Once your item has been despatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

UK	Orders despatched arrive next possible working day via DPD
EUROPE	Orders despatched arrive within 2-4 working days via DHL
REST OF WORLD	Orders despatched arrive within 4-8 working days via DPD

IMPORT CHARGES

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

When importing items outside of the UK, a customs inspection is always required, we provide the correct paperwork to ensure a smooth process. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery.

 

RETURNS

• Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for items that are damaged or have a manufacturing fault.
• All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process a refund or send out a replacement, whichever you prefer.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• If your item is eligible for return under the conditions stated above, please submit a return request to initiate a return or exchange.
