Returns
- All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- A return shipping fee of £4.50 will be paid by the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
If your item is eligible for return under the conditions stated above, please submit a return request below to initiate a return.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
1. Enter the email address associated with your order.
2. Copy the six-digit verification code sent via email.
3. Click the order that you would like to submit the return for.
4. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you would like to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note.
6. Click Request return.
Once your return request is approved, an email will be sent with a return shipping label and shipping instructions. When the order has been received and inspected by us for approval, you will receive a refund for the amount minus the return shipping fee.
