Orders will be despatched within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment, not including pre-order items which will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Once your item has been despatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery.

 

Import Charges

All countries outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and duties. These are not included in the final price. Any imposed customs fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods.

Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale items are not eligible for return.
